At Express24 I inherited a B2B platform at 68% crash-free users, took it to 98% in two months, and replaced order polling with a real-time WebSocket pipeline — then led the team of three that kept it there. At EMCD I led two end-to-end refactors of a wallet serving 35,000+ people a month, both delivered on schedule.

What I actually do.

I'm a software engineer based in Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Most of my work has run through mobile clients, but the problems have been systems problems: why a release crashes, why an order reaches a merchant too late, how to move a large codebase onto boundaries that still hold when the team grows.

It started with freelance work taken on out of curiosity. Six years later that has carried me through a tech lead role at one of Tashkent's first delivery platforms and eight products in production across delivery, fintech, streaming, marketplace and crypto — on the client, at the native boundary, and on the backend behind them.

Shipping a v1 is the easy part. Stability, the release process, and tests that catch a regression before a user does are what decide whether a product survives its second year. That is the part of the work I want.

Express24 Merchant Platform

The B2B platform 3,000+ shops, cafés and restaurants used to accept and fulfil orders. I inherited it at 68% crash-free users, traced every class of crash to its root cause and reached 98% in two months. Replaced order polling with a WebSocket pipeline so a merchant sees a new order when it happens rather than on the next poll, and migrated the codebase to Feature-First Domain-Driven Design. Promoted to tech lead in eight months — led three engineers and owned architecture, releases and CI.

Coinhold is the deposit product of a crypto mining pool's fintech arm — users earn rewards for holding crypto in it. I led two end-to-end refactors of large feature areas in the wallet: scoped them, broke them into stages, and delivered both on schedule without a stability regression. Covered my areas with unit, widget, golden and integration tests, then moved the team onto AI-assisted test writing — every area brought under the new coverage shipped with no regressions reported.

A streaming client for Uzbek films and series, built from nothing. The engineering was in the player: ExoPlayer wired in through platform views, with language and quality selection, episode navigation, and playback that resumes where the viewer left off.
