EMCD (emcd.io) · Remote
- Ship Web3-integrated features that let users earn yield on crypto holdings, in a wallet app with 35K+ monthly active users.
- Own one feature area end-to-end: shipped new functionality, refactored its legacy code, and drove it through coordinated release trains in a large Flutter team.
- Cover owned features with unit, widget, golden and E2E tests, catching regressions and UI drift before release.
Contract Software Engineer (Flutter)
Oct 2024 — Aug 2025
Independent · Multiple clients · Remote / Tashkent
Delivered three production apps end-to-end for clients across marketplace, streaming and hospitality:
- Neotech / 7Tech — marketplace app shipped on iOS, Android and the web from a single codebase, coordinating releases with a cross-functional product team.
- Million TV — streaming app for Uzbek films and series; owned releases end-to-end and built a feature-rich video player (language & quality selectors, episode navigation, resumable playback).
- Cuppy — two-surface coffee-shop platform (owner console + customer app) with rich CustomPainter UI and scoped DI.

Express24 · Tashkent, Uzbekistan
- Promoted to Tech Lead within 8 months; led a small mobile team (2–3 engineers) on the B2B Merchant app used by 3,000+ shops, cafés and restaurants to accept and fulfill orders.
- Inherited the app at 68% crash-free users; fixed the root causes of instability to reach 98% in two months — ~16× fewer crash-affected users — through crash triage, release discipline and observability.
- Replaced order polling with a real-time WebSocket pipeline, cutting order-delivery latency for merchants; migrated the codebase to Feature-First DDD, improving testability and feature velocity.
- Established CI on CircleCI, ran sprint retrospectives, and aligned architecture decisions with native iOS and Android teams.
